Mr. Strongman

 Hello my friends and fellow painters and modellers,

I like to show a little mini I call "Carlito, the Strongman", or for not familiars of him, Mr Strongman.

I found this little guy in Mr Lees Miniature shop. The poses of Carlito  remind me of the ancinet circuses of the ending 19th and beginning 20th century. I had a lot of fun painting the fur covering his chest overcrowded with muscles 😂 .

I hope you like the big guy too.

 Hello my friendst,

this time I want to show you a 28 mm figure made of tin. As i once bought this mini among many others, I lately recognized the mini might display Allfather, Odin or what other name he has in literature.

Here is my interpretation of him.

Well I decided to paint her new and also give her some new role. Now she is a jinn, so I calles her Jeanny ;) what a joke :(

I finally managed to finish a mini, that was staying for a very long time on my desk.
An ape warrior:

First I didn't trust in my skills to finish the mini in a way I would be happy with the result. At the beginning I wanted to start with the base to get a feeling for the mini and the atmosphere but no good idea came to me....then one day some rest of an old curtain rod made my way or the way round.

When I had the base, it took me some time to finish the raw form of it.
Not to say the painintg of the mini was quite an experience, due to my choice of colours
(an owner ;)).
